We are keen on aiding people in their personal and professional development, one of the ways we do this is through our apprenticeships. Depending on the apprenticeship, the role will involve supporting the research or client fulfilment team which are both key teams in making our client’s journeys smooth.
Your main duties and responsibilities would be:
- Delivering flawless administration services to enhance the overall client experience, including efficiently processing with all areas of customer service relating to new and existing business and servicing queries
- Data inputting
- Communication via telephone and email with clients
- Liaising with providers to request information as necessary
This apprenticeship is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and great communication skills, who’s wanting to start their career in the financial services and wants to empower themselves to work with a positive attitude with minimal supervision whilst being part of a wider team.
Qualifications required:
5 x GCSE A*-C / 9-4 which must include GCSE English and Maths at A*-C / 9-4
The successful candidate will complete a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship as part of the role.
On successful completion of the apprenticeship you may be offered a permanent role within the company.
